Just a random thought for the day!

Anyhows, dinner with gensen on Monday was aawesome!!
First time dining at Rochester park! Love the serenity there^^

Check out the cute torch on the menu!! The place is pretty dark, so the torch is attached t the menu for easy reading!


We ordered their famous wooden roasted duck!
Chef sliced the duck in front of us!
My tummy was screming for food then already!!!! :3


So there's supposed t be three ways of eating the duck. And the first step is to dip the crispy duck skin in the granule sugar and eat!

Next is the traditional way of eating.
Wrap the duck with cucumber, sweet sauce and I forgot what in the wheat skin! Love it!
Third way is the Sichuan style, instead of cucumber they wrap the duck meat with garlic, reddish and some sour sauce. I personally prefer the Sichuan style!:D

And theres the main dish, duck noodles. V normal! Tasted like sing Zhou bee hoon!

And theres the dessert!
Durian glutinous ball! It's like 2bucks each! But its really tasty:D with the thick Durian filling! Super awesome!!!
